Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at marchandrally@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

All return and reshipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
