A: All MARCH&RALLY adjustable caps fit head circumferences from 20½ to 22½ inches. The Classic Cotton caps feature an exclusive patented horseshoe-shaped metal buckle, while our Pro Sports Caps use a hook-and-loop strap—both deliver a secure, customizable fit.
Q: How should I wash my MARCH&RALLY apparel?
A: For cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble drying on low. Wash inside out to protect graphics and color.
For caps, we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing with mild detergent to preserve shape and color. Do not machine wash.
Q: How do I care for my cotton-silk tennis scarf?

A: The MARCH&RALLY tennis-inspired dog toys are made from natural latex for casual play and supervised fetch sessions. They are not indestructible—we recommend supervising your pet during play and replacing the toy if parts fray or detach.
Q: Do your cat toys contain catnip?
A: Our boba teaser wand does not contain catnip. It is designed for interactive chase play with your cat using the colorful streamers and plush boba-cup topper.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We operate warehouses in the US and China, shipping to the US, mainland China and Hong Kong. US-bound orders ship from our US warehouse; China-region orders ship from our China warehouse. When the US warehouse is out of stock, items can ship from China with a 10–15 business day lead time. Free shipping applies to merchandise subtotals above $100. Taxes and duties do not count toward the $100 free-shipping minimum.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by destination:
-United States: Orders ship from our US warehouse. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days; Express shipping takes 3–5 business days. Free standard shipping applies to subtotals over $100.
-China (Mainland & Hong Kong): Orders ship from our China warehouse and typically arrive in 10–15 business days. Free standard shipping applies to subtotals over $100.
If our US warehouse is out of stock, US orders may ship from China, which will take 10–15 business days.
